This post is about how fathers and son can change the world when they work together. We realized, through healing our relationship, how valuable we are to each other. We also recognized that helping others heal this bond could help both parties live a more fulfilled life and do things they wouldn't have recognized otherwise.
This post is about not letting the media and others with a skewed view black fathers being the only ones creating content for us. It comes a point where we recognize that others not in our shoes may not be able to portray us accurately and we step in to portray ourselves through our own media.
This post Coley Harris talks about the need of energy toward the fatherhood movement and how our youth are identifying as savages in the street life. A lot of this has come from what the media is portraying. The significance of this is we live in a country where our all things to identify with, children in black and brown communities are choosing "savage" and that lifestyle.
